This is a public video on Youtube but I am including it here in the course just in case you haven’t seen it because it explains why is the transition from the simple “pancake” or “waiter’s tray” serve to a more advanced serve technique so difficult.
The main reason is the change to a Continental grip which then forces us to change many elements of the original “pancake” serve like body orientation, swing path, pronation and so on.
And because there are so many elements that need to be changed that process of change takes time.
So please don’t fall for any BS claims on Youtube that promise you quick and easy ways of adding 15 MPH to your serve in 5 days or any similar BS like that. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t.
I planned this course for 30 days which is the absolute minimum where you can experience some obvious difference in your serve technique and effortlessness but you can easily keep doing the same drills for about 3 months and keep reaping the benefits of this practice.
