Introduction

The main purpose of the 30 day serve challenge is that you improve the 2 key biomechanical foundations of the serve:

  • swinging / throwing
  • pronation

In my view the general throwing motion and the pronation make 80% of your overall serve technique and also produce 80% of the total power you can generate from your body.

So the goal of the 10-session serve challenge is to help you develop the correct throwing and swinging technique, as well as the correct pronation technique, and then refine the movements throughout the 30-day practice.
