Day 2

Day 2 Drills:

  • throwing balls - 3 balls & step back
  • swing the bag - the goal is to make it continuous - learning about the parallel line backswing, keeping the head forward, breathing
  • pronation #1 - warm up - down & up, add the variation of down and hitting with the edge
  • pronation #2 - live ball drill
  • pronation #3 - into the service box - first with supination, super slow motion, then with pronation super slow
