Day 10 Drills:
- swing the bag & throw the bag
- throw balls (racket, stick) 15 times
- pronation warm up - combine tapping the ball + live ball pronation
- pronation #2 - hit in the ground
- pronation #3 - hitting over the fence OR towards the other fence, control the finish
- serve in two parts - do a backswing & toss, then do part 2 with controlling the finish of pronation
- complete serve with the follow-through
