Day 9

Day 9 Drills:

  • swing the bag & throw the bag
  • throw racket 15 times
  • pronation warm up - combine tapping the ball + live ball pronation
  • pronation #2 - hit in the ground
  • pronation #3 - hitting over the fence OR towards the other fence, control the finish
  • serve in two parts - do a backswing & toss, catch the ball, then do part 2 with controlling the finish of pronation
  • complete serve with the follow-through
