Day 8

Day 8 Drills:

  • throwing balls or light medicine ball - 2-3 minutes + throwing an old racket 15-20 times (max 30), stick or light medicine ball + jogging
  • swing the bag (2-3 minutes standing, both variations) + throwing the bag + jogging
  • pronation warm up - combine tapping the ball + live ball pronation
  • pronation #2 - hitting in the ground - high contact (adding a bit of power, make the ball pop, control the finish)
  • pronation #3 - hitting over the fence, control the finish
