Day 4

Day 4 Drills:

  • throwing balls - step back after every throw, if you don’t throw over, stay in the same place
  • swing the bag - refining the drill + adding variation of swinging on the same side
  • pronation #1 - warm up - hit down + up + plus on the edge
  • pronation #2 - live ball pronation refining
  • pronation #3 - hitting backwards refining
