Day 3

Day 3 Drills:

  • throwing balls - step back after every throw - if you don’t throw over, stay in the same place
  • swing the bag - refine the drill + add variation of swinging on the same side
  • pronation #1 - warm up - hit down + plus on the edge
  • pronation #2 - live ball pronation
  • pronation #3 - hitting backwards
