4 Common Mistakes That Hold You Back!
The two-handed backhand tends to be a very safe stroke for most players because they are able to control the racket head well with both hands but it's a "pushed" stroke with no power. The key to effortless power is actually not in doing more but in getting rid of the flaws that hold you back. The following free course looks at 4 most common mistakes that rob you of power and shows you ways of correcting them.
What You'll Discover in this 4-Part Course:

The Importance Of Correct Posture
The first mistake that robs you of power on the two-handed backhand is excessive tilting of the head and of the body. When you're body is tilted too much you can't rotate well around an axis and this causes a loss of power and many mishits as the movements of your body are not smooth.
How To Add Swing To Your Takeback
If your backswing lacks a swing ;) you're again losing a key source of power. Players tend to just take their rackets back in the preparation and that gives them no ability to accelerate the arms and the racket combined with the body rotation.

No Hip Rotation, No Power
The lack of hip rotation is probably the most common mistake on the two-handed backhand and it robs you of power and effortlessness. Learn why the hip rotation is so important and how to incorporate it into your two-hander with a simple drill.
How To Use The Wrists Correctly
Having very tight wrists is another common mistake that causes weak shots and short balls. Players tend to imagine their strokes too horizontally without enough arc and they tend to muscle the ball. Learn how to use your wrists and hands correctly in order to unlock easy power and precision on your two-handed backhand.

What Our Clients Say
Tomaz is the single best coach with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. He did a great job teaching me the fundamental skills of the two-handed backhand while keeping the session interesting and fun.
He methodically broke down each element of my two-handed backhand and improved each one individually until I could easily combine them.

Tomaz steers away from the standard "unit turn-racquet back-extension-follow through" advice we have been given by coaches in the past.
Here he brings instruction to a new level focusing on bio-mechanics, use of levers and fulcrum points in the joints and how to produce effortless power.

I just finished reading and watching the videos of the course module for the two handed backhand.
Not only am I able to hit with more power but my balls are very deep...so deep that I realized I really need to finish quite high to keep them in the court. This is so exciting to experience since I have been playing for many years and have never felt this "easy power" before.
